PILOT Program
What You Need
The PILOT Program is a program set up by The City of Chattanooga for the purpose of providing affordable rents to households with incomes that fall between $49,000 (one income) to $56,000 (two incomes combined). For example, if a one-person household makes less than $49,000, they can qualify to rent a Lula floorplan at Market City Center for $1,100 a month. MCC guidelines require applicants to make 2.5 times the monthly rent. Therefore, the minimum requirement would be $33,000 gross yearly income.
